Checklist Eighteen airlines, one measured bag list — kit up here, pay on Amazon.com.au at the end

Questions

Asked at the counter, answered without spin.

Allowances, list behaviour, the Amazon hand-off and the money questions nobody likes raising. Missing one? The about page carries the address.

01 Do the wheels and the handle count inside the frame?+

They do. The sizer at the gate takes the bag exactly as you offer it — casters on the floor, handle up, side pockets full. We line the maker’s printed numbers up against the airline’s frame, longest side against longest, and the result sits on the card.

02 How do I find out whether a bag suits my airline?+

Open your carrier’s page, or set the filter on the bag range to that airline and a position. Anything that would fail the frame drops out of the shelf, and the badge on each card counts the carriers it clears.

03 What happens the moment I hand the list over?+

Amazon.com.au opens in a new tab with your items and quantities already in its cart. From there it is a standard Amazon checkout — you pay Amazon, the order sits in your Amazon account, and returns travel back through Amazon.

04 Does this site ever take a payment or keep a card?+

No. There is no checkout, no account system and no payment field anywhere on these pages. If a form claiming to be sakulpol ever asks for card details, it is not us — close it and tell us.

05 Where does the list actually live?+

In your browser, on your device, in its local storage. It never reaches our servers. Clearing your browser data — or emptying the list on the list page — removes it for good.

06 I built a list on my phone. Will it appear on my laptop?+

No. The list belongs to one browser on one device and does not travel. Hand it over from the device you shopped on, or rebuild it on the other one — a minute’s work.

07 What decides the order on the shelves?+

Amazon rating first, review count second. Then the honest filter: does the item keep the promises on its own page? For bags that means true frame sizes. Commission holds no vote — a bigger payout has never outranked a better-rated bag here.

08 How often do you re-read the airline frames?+

The month printed on each carrier page is when the numbers were last checked against what that airline publishes. Carriers tend to shift allowances with fares rather than seasons, so compare that date with your booking — and if something looks wrong, write in and it gets re-read.

09 The Amazon price is different from the one shown here. Which one stands?+

Amazon’s. The figure here is the price as last spotted, printed so you can compare at a glance. The number in Amazon’s cart at checkout is the only one that binds, and prices on this kind of gear move quickly.

10 Is this only about Australian carriers?+

The eighteen are the airlines flown out of Australia most often — Qantas, Virgin Australia, Jetstar, Rex and their international company. The list keeps growing; if your usual carrier is missing, tell us and it goes on the list.

11 Is sakulpol a shop or a magazine?+

Neither, exactly. It is a measured catalogue: a checked range with a size filter over the top, and a list that hands over to Amazon. We do not write news, and we do not sell anything ourselves.

12 Who do I contact about an order?+

Amazon, always — orders, payments, delivery and returns are all theirs. For anything about this site itself, the address on the about page reaches the desk, and we answer.
