Checklist Eighteen airlines, one measured bag list — kit up here, pay on Amazon.com.au at the end

About

A desk that asks one question: will it board?

sakulpol keeps two shelves and one tape measure — plus a shopping list that concludes at Amazon. Carrier pages get read, gear that both fits and rates well gets kept, and the list changes hands only when you say so. Payment never happens on this side of the fence.

01The whole thing, briefly

Two shelves — 12 cabin bags and 22 kit pieces — and one measuring rule: the limits eighteen airlines print for the cabin. An airline? No. A travel agency? No. A checkout? Also no. Nothing signs you in, nothing subscribes you to anything, and no page has a field for payment details.

02How the list behaves

  • You add items. A press of the button files the item in a list that lives inside your own browser; it is never transmitted to any server of ours.
  • You hand it over. One button opens Amazon.com.au with the same items and quantities sitting in its cart.
  • You finish at Amazon. Price, delivery, payment and returns all belong to Amazon, under Amazon’s terms.

03How gear wins shelf space

Shoppers do the first sort: star rating leads, review volume follows. Then the practical filter takes over — does the item keep its page’s promises? For a bag, that means its stated dimensions genuinely pass a gate sizer rather than merely photographing well. Gear that inflates its size or frays in the reviews never reaches the shelf.

04The source of the airline numbers

Each frame comes straight from the carrier’s published cabin-baggage rules, stamped with the month of reading. When an airline shifts the goalposts — typically in step with a fare change — the pages get re-read; and wherever the allowance hinges on the ticket, the airline’s own page is the one that says so.

05The limit that stays honest

We cannot see your booking, so nothing on these pages can promise what your fare permits. A bag that sails through our table can still meet a fare rule at the gate and lose. Treat the figures as a firm, dated pointer — the confirmation bolted to your ticket outranks every one of them.

06Funding, and independence

Commission from Amazon links is the entire income of this site. No other money flows in, and browsing costs nothing. What you pay is what you would have paid; what ranks where is not the commission’s business.

No airline and no Amazon employee touches this site’s editing. Carrier names and codes exist here only to label the allowances under discussion.
